EXPLORE YOUR INNER MASCULINE AND FEMININE

Come and join Lynda Caesara and Peter Sandhill, HAI Facilitator, for an exploration into a rich and empowering dance, exploring your inner masculine and feminine.
 

Many people confuse masculine and feminine with being male or female. People often lack an understanding of how to be with and engage the energetics of these potent polarities, within themselves and in their lives.     
 
The workshop includes experiential processes to enhance your understanding and “felt sense” of energy; as well as demonstrations, lots of sharing, touch, real human-to-human connection, playfulness, time to practice and time enjoy the energy field we co-create. A special part of the course will be our shared experience, as we all become teachers for one another. The weekend will culminate in a lovely ceremony and celebration – the marriage of your inner feminine & masculine. We welcome all genders and sexual orientations.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP LEADERS
Lynda brings four decades of experience and a unique energetic perspective to this topic. She has attended and taught at various psychic schools and has developed her own program, The Energy Class, in 2001. Lynda has studied Shamanic Healing, Mysticism and enjoys exploring the field of sexual magik. In 2011, she published her first book for her students.
 
Peter has been a Facilitator with the Human Awareness Institute for twenty years and has coached and guided hundreds of people in his private practice. He’s taught his much loved Men’s workshop series since 1997. Peter studies and practices energy work, Tantra, yoga and piano. With his partner Sarah, he also teaches a variety classes for couples including Heart Tantra for Couples.
